We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations and ensure superior customer service and the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail, allowing them to manage schedules, coordinate events, and maintain financials. This role is essential in creating a productive environment that supports our team and enhances overall efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Learn and apply all Land Bank laws, programs, policies, and procedures
- Manage office operations, including administrative tasks and finances
- Coordinate event planning, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
- Oversee schedule management for team members, optimizing time and resources.
- Handle public inquiries and any issues that come up relevant to them
- Proven experience with QuickBooks, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Maintain an organized filing system and ensure transaction documents are accurate and appropriately filed.
- Strong IT skills are plus with website management and social media marketing
- Assist Executive Director with facilitating community-facing events and marketing efforts
- Assist Executive Director with collecting data to respond to open records requests
- Receive Land Bank mail and route to the appropriate person
- Attend all required training, workshops, and meetings
- Maintain and update all program tracking files, including but not limited to, program progress, project status, expenses, property condition, etc.
- Perform research for ad hoc requests
- Any other duties that may be assigned.

- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
Experience/Education Requirements:
- Associate’s degree (minimum)
- Microsoft Office: 3 years (Required)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (Preferred)
- Valid Driver’s License (Required)
